Pasta and Sausage

A real family favourite!
Ingredients
1 large onion, sliced
8 large sausages (gluten free), cooked
200g button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. pesto
1 red pepper, sliced
150g cheddar cheese, grated
Ground black pepper
Method
- Cook pasta as per packet guidelines.
- Fry onions and peppers until soft.
- Then add mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Stir in pesto. Season with black pepper.
- Add sausage and pasta, then grate on some cheddar cheese and put under grill until melted,
