Pasta and Sausage

A real family favourite!

Serves 4 people 10 mins preparation time 10 mins cooking time

Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced
8 large sausages (gluten free), cooked
200g button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. pesto
1 red pepper, sliced
150g cheddar cheese, grated
Ground black pepper

Method

  1. Cook pasta as per packet guidelines.
  2. Fry onions and peppers until soft.
  3. Then add mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Stir in pesto. Season with black pepper.
  4. Add sausage and pasta, then grate on some cheddar cheese and put under grill until melted,
