Mac 'n' cheese

Very creamy and cheesy Macedonia cheese
Ingredients
175g Elbows
4 tbsp. butter
60g flour
75ml milk
100g ham
150g cheese, grated
Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, gas mark 4.
- Cook Elbows in boiling water for ten minutes, add salt.
- Put butter in a saucepan, add flour to thicken, stir continuously.
- Add milk slowly to the butter and flour, this will thicken the sauce (white sauce).
- Strain and rinse the Elbows and add the white sauce, stir until all the pasta is covered.
- Sprinkle cheese and ham over the top.
- Bake for twenty five minutes.
- Leave to cool, serve, enjoy.
