Our Pasta Products

We have a great range of dried pasta in seven different shapes to allow you to enjoy all of the traditional Italian recipes including the popular crowd pleasers Lasagne, Spaghetti Bolognese, Macaroni Cheese, Carbonara, Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne Arrabiatta and much more.

How to Cook Rizopia
You cook our pasta just like an Italian would cook pasta: in a big pan with lots of water.  As our pasta is made of rice, the water will turn a little cloudy so you’ll need to rinse the pasta when you’ve finished cooking for the perfect dish.  Then you serve.  Simple.

Just like traditional pasta, you can cook ours al dente (firm) or soft – whichever you prefer.  The pasta will also keep well in the fridge overnight if you wish to enjoy any leftover lasagne for lunch the next day (it microwaves brilliantly if you want to reheat it, too).

Lasagne

Lasagne is one of the most popular Italian dishes the world over – and one of the oldest.  Using flat sheets of pasta, the dish is layered with pasta, a creamy béchamel sauce, tomato ragù flavoured with onion, garlic, onion and herbs, and meat or vegetables.

Our lasagne sheets don’t need to be cooked first.  Simply build in the layers and pop in the oven to cook as per your preferred recipe.

Elbows

Our organic, gluten free elbow shaped pasta, often called macaroni pasta, is made up of small hollow tubes ideal for holding tasty Italian sauces.  Everyone loves a traditional macaroni cheese but these little elbows are also perfect for cold pasta salads in picnics and lunches.

Fantasia

We’re very proud of our Fantasia range of pasta shape for children.  In 2013 we were delighted to win the 1st place award for best children’s ‘Free From’ product (it even beat the sweets!) against all the other brands.

Food should be fun for kids and the 18 novelty shapes of pasta in our bag of Fantasia will have your little ones enjoying their dinner with big smiles.  Completely gluten free and super tasty, this pasta has received the thumbs up from thousands of children (including our own), parents and food critics.

Spaghetti

Our organic, dried spaghetti is a favourite amongst adults and children alike. Let’s face it – no one ever gets tired of a good spag bol.

Of course, there’s so much more to spaghetti than Bolognese.  Whether you prefer yours with meatballs, seafood, carbonara sauce, chilli or tomato, you can cook and enjoy our gluten free, healthy and very tasty wholegrain pasta just as you would traditional spaghetti.

Fettuccine

Our organic, gluten free fettuccine is a thick, noodle shaped pasta similar to tagliatelle.  Ideal for butter based, creamy sauces and oil, the pasta carries the flavours perfectly.

Simply boil in a big pan of water, rinse and mix with Alfredo sauce or add Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese or asparagus for a hot, tasty Italian dish you’ll love.

Fusilli

Our organic fusilli pasta is a great all rounder that works with pretty much everything.  Corkscrew shaped, it works as perfectly with tomato and creamy sauces as it does with meat, fish or vegetables baked in the oven for a warming, wintery meal.

Fusilli works wonderfully in salads, picnics and lunches too so after you’ve boiled and rinsed the pasta, let it cool for a summery snack.

Penne

Our all-natural penne pasta tubes are ridged, hollow and cylindrical in shape making them the ideal accompaniment to thick sauces.  Mix with chilli and tomato for a classic Arrabbiata or get creative with chorizo, chicken, mince, cheese, roasted vegetables and herbs for your own spin on Italian cooking.
Boil, as you would traditional pasta, in a large pan of water, rinse when cooked as you like it and serve or mix with your ingredients.
